1. Introduction
These Terms govern use of TheEduAssist website and website content.
2. Website information
The website provides information about e-learning design, course creation, Kajabi services, LMS migration, content conversion, AI-powered e-learning support, funnels, automation, support services, blog resources, and case studies.
3. No automatic client relationship
Submitting a form, email, or chatting with us via the live chat widget does not automatically create a client relationship. A project begins only after scope, timeline, pricing, payment terms, and agreement are confirmed.
4. Starting prices and Payment
Starting prices shown on the website are estimates and not fixed final quotes. Final scope depends on content volume, platform, course length, page count, review rounds, automations, integrations, timeline, and launch support. Payment instructions or an invoice are shared only after the final scope is confirmed.
5. Project inquiries
Submitting a 24–48 Hour Review request does not guarantee acceptance of a project. TheEduAssist may accept, decline, or recommend a different service path.
6. Payment and project terms
Specific payment terms, milestones, revision rounds, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed separately before project work begins.
7. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate project information
- having rights to the content they provide
- reviewing deliverables in a timely manner
- approving content before launch
- providing platform access only through secure approved methods
8. Content ownership
Client-provided materials remain the client’s responsibility and ownership.
Final ownership and usage rights of deliverables depend on the agreed project terms.
9. AI-assisted work
TheEduAssist may use AI-assisted workflows to support planning, drafting, organizing, summarizing, or improving learning content, but human review and project judgment remain part of the process.
10. Website AI/share tools
The website may provide AI prompt-copy and share tools for visitor convenience. TheEduAssist is not responsible for outputs generated by third-party AI tools or content users choose to paste into those platforms.
11. Case studies
Case studies show real project types and outcomes based on approved public-facing information. Some client names or internal details may be omitted for confidentiality.
12. No guaranteed results
TheEduAssist does not guarantee specific revenue, enrollment numbers, completion rates, rankings, platform performance, or business results unless stated in a signed agreement.
13. Third-party platforms
Kajabi, LMS platforms, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Sanity, Firebase, analytics tools, AI assistants, social networks, and other third-party services have their own terms and policies.
14. Intellectual property
Website content, design, copy, visuals, and brand materials belong to TheEduAssist unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy or reuse website content without permission.
15. Limitation of liability
TheEduAssist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using the website or third-party tools.
16. Changes to terms
TheEduAssist may update these Terms.
