- the Tawk.to live chat widget, including chat messages, name/email if submitted, and chat metadata (such as page URL, selected package/service, and technical data) provided by the third-party chat provider.

Important Live Chat Notice: When using our Tawk.to live chat widget, please do not submit passwords, bank details, payment card details, government IDs, or highly confidential files in the chat.

5. Google Form notice
The 24–48 Hour Review form is powered by Google Forms. When you submit the form, your information may be processed by Google according to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
Instruction: Do not submit passwords, payment details, bank details, government IDs, health records, or highly confidential files through the form.
6. Email communication
If users email TheEduAssist, their email address and message content will be used to respond to their request.

TheEduAssist may use analytics or similar tools to understand website traffic and improve user experience. If analytics are enabled, these tools may collect usage information such as pages visited, device/browser details, and approximate location.
8. AI/share tools
The website may include buttons that help visitors copy a page-aware prompt and open third-party AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, or Grok. TheEduAssist does not control those third-party AI tools. If users paste content into an AI assistant, that interaction is subject to the selected AI provider’s terms and privacy policy.
The site may include share buttons for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and copy link.

We do not sell personal information.
