AI Use Policy

Last updated: 7/2/2026

1. Supportive AI Use

TheEduAssist uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support our workflows, including drafting, research organization, generating content outlines, and structuring learning materials. AI is treated as an assistant, not a replacement for human expertise.

2. Mandatory Human Review

Human review is required before any AI-assisted content or recommendation is published, delivered to a client, or implemented in a course platform.

3. Prohibited AI Uses

AI is strictly not used to invent client claims, performance metrics, testimonials, ratings, or guarantees. All such information on our website reflects actual data and human feedback.

4. Client Data Privacy

Sensitive client material, proprietary training content, and confidential business information must be handled carefully. We do not feed sensitive, non-public client data into public AI models without explicit permission and anonymization.

5. Project-Specific Recommendations

While AI may suggest general eLearning strategies or LMS configurations, final technical and strategic recommendations depend entirely on our expert project review and the client's specific context.
