LMS Implementation Intern

Join TheEduAssist as an LMS Implementation Intern and gain hands-on experience in implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) for real clients. This is a remote, unpaid, learning-focused internship designed to help you develop practical skills in EdTech and online learning systems.

Details:

• Role: LMS Implementation Intern (Remote)
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 4 hours per day (flexible between 9 AM – 4 PM PKT)
• Duration: 4 Months
• Compensation: Unpaid (Learning-focused)
• Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and configuring LMS platforms such as Kajabi, Thinkific, LearnWorlds, LearnDash, or Moodle
• Set up course structures, modules, and learning paths based on client requirements
• Upload and organize course content including videos, quizzes, and downloadable materials
• Configure automations, email sequences, and user flows for learners and instructors
• Integrate the LMS with tools like Zoom, Google Drive, payment gateways, and CRMs
• Test platform functionality, troubleshoot user issues, and document system configurations
• Learn how LMS implementation transforms digital learning for businesses and organizations

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience or familiarity with any LMS platform (Kajabi, Thinkific, LearnDash, etc.)
• Basic understanding of website structure and online learning systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow implementation checklists
• Interest in EdTech, online learning, and automation tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and laptop/PC
• Open to fresh graduates or current students in Computer Science, IT, EdTech, or related fields
