Details:
- Role: Remote HR Intern (Learning-Based Internship)
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 4 hours/day (flexible between 9 AM – 4 PM PKT)
- Duration: 4 Months
- Compensation: Unpaid (Learning-focused)

Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting internships/jobs
- Help screen applications and schedule interviews
- Maintain and organize HR documents and spreadsheets
- Support onboarding processes and communication with candidates
- Coordinate with team members and respond to HR-related queries
- Participate in HR planning and internal communication tasks
Requirements:
- Background in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Reliable internet connection and laptop/PC
- Bachelor’s degree completed
